Once you have entered a plea or have been found guilty or responsible for a violation, you have an obligation to pay your fines on the date of sentencing. When you plead "Guilty" or "No Contest" to criminal violations or "Responsible" in civil matters charged against you, you must make full payment for all fines/sanctions owed.

All fines, sanctions, fees and restitution are due in full on the day of sentencing.

Calculate What You Owe
To calculate the total amount due on a civil citation, refer to the Bond Schedule. Add the fine for each violation on the citation. If you are not sure of the violation charged or the fine due, you may come to the court or contact the court at 928-668-0515 or 928-668-0533, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. To allow for data entry, please wait at least 1 week after the violation date before calling the court.

Making Your Payment

REMINDER: It is the defendant's responsibility to follow up with the Court to ensure that the payment or correspondence sent via mail was received by the Court and that all charges have been resolved on or before the arraignment date.

Payment by Check or Money Order
Make your check or money order payable to "Wickenburg Town Court" in the full amount due, and include the complaint or case number. Please provide your current address if it is different from the address on the check.

You may pay by credit card online or by phone at 928-668-0515 or 928-668-0533.

If your case is in collections you can pay in full or make payments online. You will need to have your case number available.

If your license is suspended, once your fine is paid in full, the court will report the final disposition to MVD and you will have to contact MVD and pay a re-instatement fee to have your license released. You can reach MVD at 602-255-0072 or online.
