The Town of Wickenburg’s Forepaugh Industrial Park currently consists of 76 acres, but there are plans to expand the park in Phase II to over 700 acres. Strategically located to become the new commercial hub for Southern California, Las Vegas and Phoenix, the Industrial Park will serve as an efficient inland port and transportation distribution center.
The Forepaugh Industrial Rail Park is owned by the Town of Wickenburg and operated through the Wickenburg Regional Economic Development Partnership, which is able to facilitate the site plan approval process as well as the sale of reasonably priced industrial-zoned land. The Industrial Park has good accessibility, with rail service through Genesee and Wyoming railroad, direct highway access for trucks to/from Southern California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix markets, and only 12 miles to the Wickenburg Airport and 60 miles to Sky Harbor International Airport.
