Town Clerk

The mission of the Town Clerk's Office is to ensure Town documents and public records are safeguarded in an accurate manner for the preservation of the Town's history; elections are conducted fairly and precisely according to State statute; and all citizens, officials and Town staff are treated in a friendly and respectful manner.

The Town Clerk is responsible for administering local elections, providing referendum, initiative and recall packets upon request; preparing the official agendas and minutes of the Wickenburg Town Council; assisting with the preparation of and maintaining municipal ordinances, resolutions, deeds, bid documents, requests for proposals and request for qualifications documents, and cemetery records; and administering business and liquor permits.
